Most planners make you fill out a form before you see a single number. We’d rather be upfront. Here is exactly what our proposal setups cost, what’s included, and what can change the price.

Setup and cleanup are included in every package. You arrive, ask the question, and leave the rest to us.
The Classic Heart: $500
This is our most popular proposal setup in Houston, and the one you’ve probably seen on Instagram: a lush, full floral heart-shaped arch with a “Will you marry me?” sign.
It comes in three colors:
- Red for a classic, romantic look
- White for something soft and timeless
- Pink for a playful, dreamy feel
It works almost anywhere: a park, a backyard, a rooftop, a lakeside dock or your living room.
Add-ons to the Classic Heart
Want more than the arch? You can build up the Classic Heart one piece at a time:
- Candle Package, $100: 10 candles in glass cylinder vases for a warm, romantic glow (perfect for sunset and evening proposals)
- Floral Pedestals, $100: two luxury flower stands to frame the entrance
- Rose Petal Path, $50: scattered rose petals leading up to the arch
- Red or White Carpet, $50: a premium runner that defines the aisle

Custom proposals: price varies

What can change the price
- Location. We’re based in Houston and set up across Texas, including The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, Galveston, Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. Travel fees may apply outside the Houston area.
- Custom design. Extra florals, different colors, signage or larger installations are quoted individually.
- Venue rules. Some parks, restaurants and venues require a reservation, permit or fee of their own. That’s separate from our setup, so it’s worth checking with the venue before you choose a spot.
Add photo and video

Every package includes both a videographer and a photographer, with 20 edited photos.
